Membership Approval:
All membership applications are subject to review and approval by the ASEPS Membership Committee and Board of Directors. ASEPS reserves the right to accept or reject any membership application at its sole discretion.
Membership Dues:
Membership dues are set by the ASEPS Board of Directors and are subject to change. Dues are non-refundable except in cases where membership applications are rejected by the Board.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
Ownership:
All content on the ASEPS website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is the property of the Arizona Society of Eye Physicians and Surgeons or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Limited License:
ASEPS grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the website without the express written permission of ASEPS.
Trademarks:
"Arizona Society of Eye Physicians and Surgeons," "ASEPS," the ASEPS logo, and other marks used on this website are trademarks of ASEPS. You may not use these trademarks without prior written consent from ASEPS.

10. Event Cancellations and Refunds
Conferences and Events:
ASEPS reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify any conference, meeting, or event for any reason, including but not limited to insufficient registrations, force majeure events, or public health emergencies.
Refund Policy:
In the event of cancellation by ASEPS, registered attendees and exhibitors will receive a full refund of registration fees. ASEPS is not responsible for any travel, lodging, or other costs incurred by attendees.
Attendees or exhibitors who voluntarily cancel their registration may be subject to cancellation fees as outlined in the specific event registration terms.
11. Modifications to Terms
ASEPS reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms of Service or your use of the ASEPS website shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
